Volkswagen Group's Research & Development Department in Sant’Agata Bolognese is offering a 6-month internship in Vehicle Durability for Master’s students in Electronic, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering. You will support the Lamborghini staff with instrumentation for on-road data acquisition, signal plausibility checks, KPI development, and measurement-tool management.

Fluent English is required; Italian and German are a plus. Availability from October/November 2026.

Internship in Vehicle Durability

Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related fields?

Do you speak fluent English and possibly Italian and/or German?

Do you have good organizational and communication skills?

Are you eager to learn?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Research & Development Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

• Vehicle instrumentation for on-road data acquisition
• Plausibility checks of acquired signals and implementation of solutions to identified issues
• Development of KPIs for process duty cycle correlation
• Management and procurement of measurement tools

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

• Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus
• Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
