Pirelli & C. S.p.A. invites applications for a Compliance internship designed to provide hands-on experience in monitoring regulatory standards and internal policies.

The role focuses on supporting the development and implementation of compliance programs within a global tire leader. The program offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, reporting tasks, and practical training in governance, risk, and controls.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, or equivalent.
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1).
• Detail oriented with excellent written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Drafting, implementing, and monitoring Policies, Procedures and best practices.
• Monitoring the Internal Control System on Financial Reporting and Sustainability Reporting.
• Coordinating with other functions on day-to-day requests, projects and initiatives.
• Supporting the relevant functions in the implementation of corrective actions in case of process issues.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Compliance function and will be trained to ensure that the company's operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. The internship offers hands-on experience in monitoring compliance activities, preparing reports, and supporting the development and implementation of compliance programs.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will support in:

• Drafting, implementing, and monitoring Policies, Procedures and best practices
• Monitoring of the Internal Control System on Financial Reporting (ref. Italian Law 262/05) and Sustainability Reporting (ref. EU CSR Directive)
• Coordinating with other functions on day-to-day requests, projects management, and initiatives
• Supporting the relevant functions in the implementation of corrective actions in case of process issues (e.g., Internal Audit findings, SoD, etc.)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Economics, or equivalent
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1)
