Job summary

DHL Express Italy, part of DHL Group, offers a six-month full-time internship in Financial Customer Service at Innovation Campus, Peschiera Borromeo (MI). You will learn administrative processes and contribute to customer experience in a multinational environment.

The role focuses on handling invoice disputes and clarifications, with Excel and Office365, while English at B1 level is encouraged. A Diploma in Accounting or equivalent is requested; a monthly reimbursement of €800 gross plus meal

YOUR PROFILE

Someone with a strong interest in learning more about the world of Customer Experience, with good communication skills, an aptitude for working with numerical data, knowledge of Excel, and English language skills (intermediate B1).
