Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milan offers a dynamic role within the Trade Effectiveness team, contributing to online learning initiatives for B2B clients and salesforce across international markets.

You will work closely with a tutor to design and localize digital training content. From day one, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage e-learning platforms, and explore engaging formats like videos and live sessions, while tracking KPIs to suggest improvements.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Marketing or related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong digital skills and familiarity with online platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in international teams.
• Passion for innovation and willingness to explore new formats.
• Good analytical mindset to interpret training metrics (Excel).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; basic CMS/learning platforms knowledge is a plus.

• Support design, execution, and localization of digital training content for diverse markets.
