Fater is seeking a recent graduate to join the Campochiaro Manufacturing Plant and work with the CHEM team on new formulations and process analysis. You will help start up new formulations, analyze processes, and contribute to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate with the Technology Innovation, Project Management, and Production teams to implement new formulations and systems for goods acceptance and production release, gaining hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary

Competenze

• Master’s degree (5-year) in Engineering; Chemical Engineering is a plus.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Teamworking and collaborative approach.

Job Description

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Campochiaro Manufacturing Plant, who will work alongside the Chemical Formulations Production (CHEM) team.

The ideal candidate is motivated to practically apply the knowledge gained during their studies and to contribute to the start‑up of new formulations, as well as to process analysis and problem‑solving activities.

You will support the implementation of new formulations and new systems for goods acceptance and production release, working closely with multidisciplinary teams such as the Technology Innovation team, the Project Management team, and the Production team.
