Expath Italy SRL is seeking a Back Office Tax & Client Support professional to join an international team in Italy. You will assist Tax Specialists and clients with day-to-day administration, documentation and client support, ensuring timely and accurate handling of cases.

The role requires excellent English, strong organizational skills, and experience in administration or customer support. Milan-based candidates are preferred and a 30-hour work week is offered.

Competenze

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in administration or customer support.
• Experience in accounting or tax firm is a plus.
• Based in or around Milan with occasional office in Milan preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage daily Client Support communications and requests.
• Follow up on ongoing cases and keep clients updated.
• Support Tax Specialists with the collection and organisation of client documentation.
• Keep client records and CRM information up to date.
• Support invoicing, F24 forms, Intrastat and tax return submissions.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and related documentation.
