A day in the life of a Customer Service & Logistic Specialist

• Maintain daily contact with WH/ factory/ IMSP & supply planner/ T-hub and transport partners
• Main activities on a daily/weekly basis: order management, load optimization, product stock verification, Dispatch plan, interface with T-hub, export document
• Having front-end contact with key stakeholders: we expect you to find proactive solutions to logistic issues and to be a trustful and insightful partner for CS / Logistic team within EA affiliates, to reach a common goal
• Handle claims and returns, resolving load issues directly with transporters and forwarders
• Conducting KPI reporting and perform analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

• Good proficiency in Excel and Power Query/Power BI, with a knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
