Infineon Technologies is seeking a highly curious Electronic/Electrical Engineering graduate to join the International Graduate Program in Milan. You will rotate through roles in Segment Sales & Marketing Operations, supporting sales excellence and deploying new strategies across the automotive segment.

You will engage with AI/ML concepts, collect design requirements, and contribute to proof-of-concept demos, customer engagements, and cross-functional collaborations with global teams.

Competenze

• Degree in electronic/electrical engineering or a similar field with knowledge of C programming and having a solid know-how of AI/ML principles and theory.
• Embedded MCU programming would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Tensor Flow and/or other AI/ML support libraries
• Analytical capabilities and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong attitude in fostering innovation.
• Demonstrating passion on testing and trying out new use cases and challenging achieved outputs from customer or stakeholder perspective
• Structured, pragmatic approach; able to clarify ambiguous requirements
• Excellent English and Italian communication and confidence presenting concepts to managers
• Proactive team player, comfortable working with diverse global teams
• Willingness to complete international assignments

The stated salary comprises annual base pay and target variable compensation.
