Job summary

Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. is seeking a recent graduate for an internship in economics, finance or related fields in Milan.

The role emphasizes sense of responsibility, dynamism, proactivity and flexibility, with a focus on problem solving. During the internship, you will support the Sales team, manage client relationships, handle requests, update CRM systems, create newsletters, assist campaigns and digital solutions, and prepare materials and reports.

Introduction

Activities

During the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to support the following activities:

• Support the Sales team in developing and managing relationships with international clients
• Identify business needs and coordinate with internal departments to define appropriate solutions
• Manage Sales requests, including events, reporting, RFPs, and DDQs
• Update the CRM, produce newsletters, and support campaigns and digital solutions
• Prepare presentations and sales materials
• Analyze and report market and sales data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or related fields
• Interest in and basic knowledge of AM industry and investment products and services
• Willingness to learn the operational, regulatory and innovation framework
• Interest in international markets and willingness to learn about competitors
• Client oriented and ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients
• Good knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, advanced PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Other (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Greek is a plus)

Preferred consideration will be given to candidates who have gained international academic experience through studies undertaken abroad or at internationally recognized educational institutions.
