Job summary

Kedrion invites law graduates to join the Global Legal Affairs team in an international business setting. This internship focuses on commercial contracts, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance while working with experienced legal professionals.

You will support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, and gain hands-on experience in contract administration and governance processes within a global plasma-derived medicines company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interest in commercial law, contracts, and compliance topics.
• Desire to learn within an international and dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the entire contract lifecycle, from contract request and drafting through negotiation, signature, and archiving, using dedicated digital contract management platforms.
• Gain practical experience in contract lifecycle management processes and legal document administration.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting international commercial agreements and other legal documents related to the company's business activities.
• Develop an understanding of key contractual provisions, legal risk assessment, and contract negotiation principles.
• Contribute to legal compliance initiatives and support projects related to corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different business functions on legal and compliance matters.
