Essilorluxottica Group is seeking an Account Payable Specialist to join the GBS team at the Agordo (BL) headquarters. The role supports the EMEA Shared Service Center in Italy and Europe in AP, AR, master data, and related accounting activities.

The candidate will manage month-end closings, balance sheet reconciliations, vendor invoices, and communication with subsidiaries, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the network.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Administration or Business Management with excellent results.
• Excellent English knowledge; other EMEA languages are a plus.
• At least 1 year of accounting or auditing experience in complex organizations.
• Strong Excel skills and quantitative analysis abilities.

Mansioni

• Handle accounts payable and related closing activities (month-end).
• Be main contact for communication with subsidiaries and stakeholders.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and post vendor invoices and customer payments.
• Assist in year-end audit work and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage bank accounts reconciliation and postings.
