Rome Business School is seeking an International Admission Advisor to join the Admissions Department in Rome, Lazio. You will be part of an international team, guiding students through their educational path and supporting them in choosing the master’s program (online or on campus).

The role requires engaging with international students, helping them explore options, and meeting weekly and monthly goals in collaboration with the team leader.

Rome Business School is looking for a resilient and persuasive International Admission Advisor to join the Admissions Department.

You will work within an international team as a point of reference for students, by guiding them throughout their educational path and supporting them in choosing their annual professional master’s program (online or on campus).

• Help them explore academic options and encourage them to choose the educational path best suited to them




• Achieve weekly and monthly goals by collaborating with the team leader

What we offer

• Base salary: €18.452,85/year + commissions (with the possibility to earn up to €45K)




• Full-time fixed-term contract for an initial 6 months




• Working hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri)




• Two days of remote work per week after completing the training period
