Job summary

WPP Media in Lombardy invites an enthusiastic Intern to explore SEM and SMM, contribute to campaigns for key clients, and develop hands-on skills in data‑driven advertising.

You will work with Search & Social Specialists to optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms, while refining your analytical and reporting capabilities in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluent Italian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, management, and optimization of Search Advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Assist in the management of Paid Advertising across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance, monitor spend, and assess objective achievement.
• Generate comprehensive performance reports and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with Search & Social Specialists to analyze outcomes and provide data‑driven recommendations.
