WPP Media is seeking a curious and dynamic Intern to join a dedicated client team within our digital unit in Milan. This internship offers hands-on exposure to SEM and SMM, with real impact on campaigns and client success.

You will learn to create and optimize paid search and social campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with specialists to craft data-driven recommendations for future strategies. This is a hybrid role requiring Italian and English communication.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Genuine interest in search engines, social networks, digital advertising, and sector developments.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Italian is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Support creation, management, and optimization of Search Advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Assist in Paid Advertising activities across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Conduct daily campaign performance analyses, monitor spend, and assess objective achievement for optimal delivery.
• Contribute to performance reports and identify optimization opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with Search & Social Specialists to derive data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
