Cencora is seeking a Project Manager Intern in Milan to develop a career in project management within the healthcare and scientific events industry. This internship offers exposure to international projects, collaborating with faculty, attendees, and suppliers, and provides mentoring and development opportunities.

Location: Milan (San Babila area), Italy. Contract: Full-time Internship. Meal vouchers are offered as part of the package.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of scientific and educational events.
• Assist with participant registration management and communications.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, ticket issuance, accommodation bookings, and transfers.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to project teams.
• Liaise with faculty members, attendees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Support project execution while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
