Tech Pursuit cerca un IT Business Partner per occuparsi di infrastrutture, reti e gestione end-user computing. Sarai il collegamento chiave tra operation e IT, definendo requisiti tecnologici e supportando progetti infrastrutturali.

La posizione prevede viaggio tra siti e ufficio quattro giorni a settimana, ruolo permanente e bonus del 25% oltre ad altri benefits. Fluent English richiesto; italiano o altra lingua europea utile.

Competenze

• Esperienza precedente come IT Business Partner, IT Project Manager o ruolo simile incentrato sulla tecnologia.
• Esperienza nella consegna di progetti, preferibilmente infrastrutture, reti o end-user computing.
• Ottime capacità di gestione degli stakeholder, comunicazione e influenza.

• Collabora con team operativi e tecnologici per comprendere necessità e proporre soluzioni.
• Coordina la realizzazione di iniziative infrastrutturali, di rete e di desktop virtualization/end-user computing.

IT Business Partner (Infrastructure & Networks)

€72,000 + 25% Bonus & other benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Business Partner to join a leading organisation investing in its infrastructure, networks and end-user technology.

You will act as the key link between operational teams and IT, taking ownership of technology requirements and supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure, network and end-user computing initiatives.

What you will be doing:

• Partner with operational and technology teams to understand business needs, identify technology gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate the delivery of infrastructure, network and end-user computing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the successful implementation of new systems and technology into business-as-usual operations.
• Maintain clear documentation covering project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risks and dependencies.

What they are looking for:

• Previous experience in an IT Business Partner, IT Project Manager or similar technology-focused role.
• Project delivery experience, ideally across infrastructure, networks or end-user computing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent English language skills; fluency in Italian or another European language would be highly advantageous.
