Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Italy, Toscana, Carrara. You will engage in focused training, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to projects that drive customer outcomes and continuous improvements.

Interns will receive coaching and mentoring to develop skills and learn HS&E practices, with a fixed gross monthly allowance. The program emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and hands-on learning in a global energy company.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions.

As an Intern, you willbe responsible for:

• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes andidentifybusiness improvements
• Learning internal software toassistwith the completion of projects and tasks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
• Assisting with the day-to-day manufacturing operations, which may include monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met.
• Participating in quality control and quality assurance processes, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet industry standards and company specifications.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations.
• Collecting and analyzing data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Learning and applying principles of lean manufacturing to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
• Preparing reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduatedina Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Supply Chain (HSE, Quality, Manufacturing) or Logistics.
• Havemaintaineda GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
