Position: Interim Back Office (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a Middle-level professional for a multinational pharmaceutical company, to serve as a key support point within the Medical Affairs team. This role will be fully remote, collaborating online with colleagues from Italy, Germany, and the USA.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate activities related to medical events and advisory boards, including contracts and purchase orders.
  • Monitor budgets, prepare and verify monthly accruals, forecasts, and planning activities.
  • Act as the point of contact between doctors, external agencies, and travel departments for medical event logistics and coordination.
  • Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure proper approval and management of contracts and payments.
  • Organize and manage documentation related to events and advisory boards with an organized approach.
Candidate Profile:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational or pharmaceutical contexts.
  • Strong ability to manage priorities, with excellent relational and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
