Job summary

Allianz Italy is seeking an Insurance Planning specialist to join the LH Planning & Capital Management team within the CFO area. Your role covers a dynamic mix of planning cycle support, performance monitoring and forecast activities.

You will collaborate with Actuarial, Accounting & Reporting, Risk and LH technical teams to deliver quantitative analyses, cross‑functional projects, and strategic initiatives that shape the business.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Economics, Actuarial, Mathematics or equivalent.
2–4 years of insurance industry experience, preferably planning & controlling and/or actuarial.
Strong Excel/Access/PowerPoint/SAP/Power BI and AI tooling knowledge.
Programming skills are a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and coordination of the Strategic Planning for LH companies within Allianz S.p.A. Group.
Support monitoring activities and run quantitative analyses for CFO and business functions.
Support regular forecast activities in coordination with Local and Group departments.
Contribute to the implementation of strategic business initiatives and ad hoc cross-functional projects.
