Allianz Direct is seeking a Product and Underwriting Analyst to support the development and review of Motor and Non-Motor insurance products. You will help define underwriting and antifraud rules, and prepare Terms & Conditions in collaboration with a global team.

You will collect data, perform portfolio analyses, monitor KPIs, and develop related reports. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Insurance or consulting with data analysis focus.
• Master’s degree in IT, Math, Physics, Statistics or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Support Product and Underwriting Team in developing and reviewing Motor and Non-Motor products, including underwriting and antifraud rules.
• Collect and process data to support standard portfolio analysis.
• Develop reports and dashboards for portfolio monitoring and KPI tracking.
• Identify best solutions for immediate results and future implementations.
• Assist Pricing team to identify corrective measures and optimizations.
