Allianz Direct Spa in Milano is seeking a Data Analyst for Product and Underwriting to support portfolio analysis, data collection and processing, and related reporting activities. You will contribute to analysis and development of Motor and Non-Motor insurance products, define underwriting and antifraud rules, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Pricing to identify corrective measures.

• Minimum 2–4 years in Insurance/Consulting focused on data analyses.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics or equivalent.
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team spirit, self-motivation, and proactive result-driven working style with global collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
