JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) is seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Engineer to join our team in Lombardy. You will plan, install, test, and maintain electrical systems across a large-scale industrial environment, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with project managers and external contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in industrial/logistics settings.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations (IEC/NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and docs.
• Experience with LV/MV distribution, MCCs, and PLCs.
• Familiarity with power quality, grounding, and surge protection.
• Strong problem-solving and independent/teamwork skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Electrical license or certification is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and supervise installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and wiring per JD/do specifications.
• Perform site surveys, assess electrical requirements, and contribute to installation plans and schematics.
• Test and commission new electrical equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors for timely completion.
• Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and repairs with drawings and reports.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with latest electrical technologies and best practices.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Installation Engineer to join our team at JD.com.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise the installation of various electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and machinery wiring, in accordance with industry standards and JD.com specifications.
• Perform pre-installation site surveys, assess electrical requirements, and contribute to the development of installation plans and schematics.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed electrical equipment and systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance on existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of all installation, maintenance, and repair activities, including technical drawings and reports.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians as required.
• Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies, regulations, and best practices.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably within a large-scale industrial or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., IEC, NEC), and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of electrical systems, including low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) distribution, motor control centers (MCCs), and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Familiarity with power quality analysis, grounding systems, and surge protection.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift heavy objects as required.
• Valid electrical license or certification is highly preferred.
