Abac Aria Compressa Product Company in Robassomero, Turin Area, Italy is seeking a Design Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to development of next-generation piston compressor machines.

You'll design components, create drawings, perform calculations, and collaborate with Project Team to bring innovations to production while maximizing value and minimizing waste. Fluent English required; CAD tools experience essential; permanent contract in a global, fast-growing environment.

Competenze

• A degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in design and process manufacturing.
• Strong CAD design, mechanical parts calculation, and BOM management.
• Attention to detail and hands-on problem solving.
• Self-motivated team player with collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support the entire development process—from component design to full machine validation.
• Create technical drawings, perform calculations, and conduct testing.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to bring innovative technologies to production.
• Maximize customer value while minimizing waste in design decisions.
• Work with the R&D Engineering Team Leader, Project Leader, and Test Engineer to ensure project execution.
