CNH Industrial in Modena, Italy, seeks an experienced engineer to support the integration of electronic systems for tractor applications. You will act as the primary technical interface within the PAVE organization for electronic systems integration, coordinate CRB meetings, and supervise software development activities.

You will define system and software matrices, support ECUs architectures, and collaborate with Vehicle Electronics, Software, Validation, Manufacturing, Service, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• ISO25119, Polarion, V-cycle knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary technical interface within the PAVE organization for electronic systems integration.
• Coordinate Change Review Board (CRB) meetings and ensure effective change assessment and implementation.
• Supervise software development activities and manage defect tickets via Polarion.
• Perform root cause analysis of vehicle electronic issues and drive actions to reduce faults.
• Define and maintain system/software matrices, EOL docs, and ISO 25119 compliance deliverables.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Electronics, Software, Validation, Manufacturing, Service, and Homologation teams.
