A global technology consulting firm is seeking an experienced consultant to provide technical IT support for network infrastructures in industrial environments. You will manage configurations for switches and routers, interface with the production team, and ensure IT tickets related to infrastructure systems are managed. Ideal candidates will have solid knowledge of network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure, along with good communication skills to liaise with production teams.
