Vertiv in Italy seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives from concept to completion, coordinating with Finance, Engineering, and contractors to deliver on time and on budget. You will oversee plans, schedules, and resources (5M–100M+), ensuring safety, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of large-scale infrastructure projects (construction, expansions, renovations, retrofits).
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources (5M–100M+).
• Collaborate with Finance on capital planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Align projects with organizational strategy and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams on MEP, structural, and civil design.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, environmental standards, and policies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues across lifecycle.
• Provide status reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership; drive process improvements.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget targets.

In this role you will lead large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional delivery. You’ll coordinate with finance, engineering, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget results that align with Vertiv’s strategic priorities. The position offers exposure to industrial facilities, MEP design, and safety/compliance requirements in a global company. This is an opportunity to shape critical facility projects and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel 25–40% to project sites
• Preferred: PMP certification
• Preferred: experience with automation/robotics integration and ERP systems
