Job summary

Flutter SEA is seeking an Information Security Governance Lead Specialist to coordinate compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, and WLA across Flutter SEA brands. This role focuses on audits, policy governance, and regulatory reporting with Italian language fluency required and strong English communication.

Base pay range for this role in Italy is 42,759€ to 50,324€ gross per year, in line with the Commercio collective agreement. Opportunities for cross-country collaboration and growth are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Governance and Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA requirements and related governance frameworks.
• Extended experience in audits, certifications and remediation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Project coordination, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Italian language is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum grade: B2).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information security initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA and gaming regulation compliance.
• Support audits, certifications, assessments and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain security policies, standards and governance processes for Flutter SEA.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement required controls.
• Coordinate internal audit findings remediations with owners in FlutterSEA Group.
• Promote and support internal Information Security Awareness Training across FlutterSEA Group.
• Develop and maintain information security governance metrics, dashboards and executive reporting.
