Eidosmedia is seeking an Information Security Compliance Analyst in Milan to help ensure the effectiveness of our Information Security Management System. You will monitor adherence to ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and related frameworks while supporting audits and policy updates.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English. This position supports a hybrid, international environment with continuous learning opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Risk Management, or Compliance principles.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of DORA and EU AI Act is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English with strong writing in both

What you will do

Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance and Security, you will help ensure that our Information Security Management System (ISMS) remains effective, compliant, and continuously improving. Specifically, your role will be to:

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Monitor compliance with security standards, regulations, and customer requirements, including ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and other applicable frameworks.
• Perform compliance reviews, risk assessments, and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain and update security policies, procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other business teams to integrate security and compliance throughout projects and services.
• Support third-party security assessments and respond to customer security and compliance requests.
• Track security metrics and contribute to security awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Participate in the development of security and privacy awareness training in conjunction with other members of the Security Compliance group.
• Participate in industry related events, webinars and conferences to keep regulatory knowledge up to date.

Personal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Risk Management, or Compliance principles.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, or similar security and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge or understanding of DORA and EU AI Act frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Fluent in Italian and English with good writing skills in both these languages.
