Eidosmedia is seeking an Information Security Compliance Analyst in Milan to help ensure the effectiveness of our Information Security Management System. You will monitor adherence to ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and related frameworks while supporting audits and policy updates.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English. This position supports a hybrid, international environment with continuous learning opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Risk Management, or Compliance principles.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of DORA and EU AI Act is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English with strong writing in both

Mansioni

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
• Monitor compliance with security standards, regulations, and customer requirements (ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and others).
• Carry out compliance reviews, risk assessments, and assist audits.
• Update security policies, procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business teams to embed security across projects and services.
• Support third-party security assessments and respond to customer requests.
• Track security metrics and contribute to awareness initiatives.
• Participate in industry events to stay updated on regulatory knowledge.
