7Mind GmbH in Genoa, Italy, is seeking an Influencer & Social Media Intern to join its expanding European growth market. You will work with Maria Vittoria and the Influencer Marketing and Social Media teams to help 7Mind break through in Italy and cultivate mindfulness in everyday life.

The role involves scouting influencers, managing campaigns end-to-end, creating social content and ads, supporting daily social media tasks, and measuring impact to boost sign-ups.

Competenze

• Student or graduate in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong skills in social media video editing apps (Edits, CapCut, TikTok, etc.).
• A creative mindset: you can turn an idea into a post within minutes and guide others to bring your vision to life.
• Good knowledge of the Italian influencer landscape.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Native Italian and good English.

Mansioni

• Scout and select influencer profiles that fit 7Mind's tone and audience on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Manage influencer collaborations end to end: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, briefing and content review before it goes live.
• Create and edit compelling content for 7Mind's social channels, video ads, and partnership ads for paid campaigns.
• Support the Social Media Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution across channels.
• Track performance across social content and influencer collaborations to identify what resonates and drives sign-ups.
• Work with the Influencer Marketing and Social Media teams to develop integrated content that promotes our products and services.
• Stay ahead of trends by monitoring wellness and social media landscapes and turning insights into content ideas.
