Job summary

Jobgether in Italy seeks an Influencer Performance Creative to turn influencer advertising into a growth engine. You will blend creative strategy, performance analysis, and experimentation to boost results across markets, researching trends and briefing creators for high-performing content.

You'll design tests, analyze KPIs, and manage YouTube spend while using AI tools to speed insights and optimize workflows. Strong English is preferred in this international role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing creative briefs for advertising campaigns, particularly influencer-led initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience measuring, evaluating, and optimizing campaign and creative performance.
• Practical experience managing YouTube advertising spend and influencer marketing budgets.
• Previous budget ownership, ideally involving monthly influencer marketing investments of €100,000 or more.
• Experience collaborating with influencer teams or managing advertising campaigns featuring influencers.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in daily workflows, particularly for data analysis and performance optimization.
• Good English communication skills are required, with proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging advertising trends, creative angles, and effective formats.
• Develop a high volume of actionable creative briefs for influencers, tailored to different countries, audiences, and gaming categories.
• Review influencer content and provide constructive feedback to improve creative quality, messaging, and performance.
• Design, implement, and manage A/B tests across creatives, markets, and categories to identify the most effective approaches.
• Analyze campaign and creative performance through KPIs and structured experimentation, continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Manage and optimize influencer advertising budgets, including YouTube advertising spend.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze performance data, identify patterns, and improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate creative performance insights and campaign impact to influencer managers, media buyers, and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with influencer managers, media buyers, and content creators to align creative strategy with business objectives.
