VML is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager Intern to support influencer activities, coordinate creators, and assist with campaign briefs. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver creative briefs and track results in line with communication strategies.

As a university student in Marketing or Communications, you will gain hands‑on experience in digital marketing and influencer relations, with a tutor guiding your development in a hybrid setup in Lombardy, Italy.

Qualifications

• University student in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of major social and content platforms (with a focus on TikTok and Instagram).
• Passion for social media and awareness of the latest trends.
• Strong team spirit and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Influencers & Creators Scouting: Identifying and selecting the most suitable influencers and creators aligned with campaign objectives and brand values.
• Influencers & Creators Management: Managing relationships with creators, co‑creating briefs, and overviewing the content creation and delivery process
• Trend & Insight Research: Monitoring trends and gathering insights to inform strategy and creativity and stay ahead in the dynamic social media landscape.
• Reporting & Analytics: Analyzing Influencer Marketing Campaigns performances and preparing detailed reports to measure impact and optimize future efforts.
