Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC and industrial ammonia refrigeration systems in a high-volume environment. The role focuses on electrical diagnostics from 24V to 480V and hands-on maintenance across plant operations.

The ideal candidate will be a practical problem-solver with HVAC/electrical experience, comfortable in an industrial seafood processing setting, and able to work a 6:00 AM start with substantial overtime and a potential

Competenze

• Strong electrical troubleshooting from 24V controls to 480V three-phase power.
• Hands-on HVAC service & maintenance in industrial settings.
• Willingness to learn ammonia refrigeration if not experienced.

Mansioni

• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in apartments, offices, and plant operations.
• Support the operation and maintenance of large-scale industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose electrical issues from 24V controls to 480V three-phase power.
• Troubleshoot motor failures and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Respond to refrigeration and equipment issues as part of on-call coverage.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for major installations and upgrades.
