Albelissa Engineering is seeking a Specialist Buyer (Junior Plus) for an important industrial project. You will support procurement across machinery, plants, and capital goods, coordinating with multiple functions to ensure cost, quality, and timing objectives are met.

The role requires 3 to 5 years of focused procurement experience, hands-on RFQ and PO activities, supplier negotiations, and strong MS Excel/data-analysis skills. A hybrid work setup and international exposure are offered.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist within a structured industrial context.
• Hands-on experience supporting procurement processes for machinery, plants, equipment, or capital goods.
• Experience in supplier negotiations and managing standard commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with procurement, strategic sourcing, and vendor qualification processes.
• IT skills: SAP or similar ERP systems; excellent Excel and basic data analysis tools.
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

Mansioni

• Support the definition, updating, and monitoring of procurement plans for assigned packages.
• Collaborate with engineering, industrialization, finance, legal, and supply chain to collect, analyze and consolidate requirements.
• Prepare and issue RFQs based on technical specifications; coordinate RFQ process and supplier interactions.
• Participate in commercial negotiations for prices, payment terms, delivery times, and warranties.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders through SAP; manage contractual and logistic information.
• Monitor order progress and flag delays or risks; support periodic progress reports.
