Covestro in Filago (BG), Italy, seeks an Infrastructure & Facilities Expert to oversee buildings, utilities and site assets. You will partner with the ChemPark Manager to ensure safe, compliant and sustainable operations on a multi-tenant site.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in industrial infrastructure or facility engineering, with strong project and stakeholder management skills. A permanent role based at the Filago site offers long-term value and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial infrastructure or facility engineering environments.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure asset management and capital projects.
• Strong coordination with external resources and authorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop lifecycle strategies for buildings and infrastructure assets and set maintenance priorities.
• Assess infrastructure conditions, identify risks and coordinate external engineering assessments.
• Manage technical aspects of industrial buildings, civil infrastructure, containment systems, roads and utilities.
• Act as interface with authorities, utility providers and consultants; coordinate inspections and permitting.
• Support infrastructure and civil projects from requirements to contractor selection and monitoring.
• Maintain documentation for License to Operate and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support during emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
