Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone, IT, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to maintain and improve manufacturing processes ensuring safe, high-quality, cost-effective production. You will report to the Industrial Engineer Manager and work at the Monfalcone site.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial/processing engineering, SAP/ERP knowledge, and Italian/English (B2). The salary range is €31,900–€42,000 gross per year, with hybrid work options and additional benefits.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in industrial/process engineering in metal manufacturing.
Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
Knowledge of manufacturing cycles.
Proficient in Italian and English (min. B2).

Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards.
Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost.
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resource use.
Develop manufacturing documentation ensuring process consistency and compliance.
