Loacker is seeking an experienced Industrial Controller to develop product costing and act as a business partner to operations and category management. You will analyze, steer and optimize product and manufacturing costs along the end-to-end supply chain.

The candidate will drive cost structure optimization, transparency through variance analyses and KPI monitoring, and support data-driven decisions. Fluent English required; Italian/German beneficial; Loacker Academy and structured onboarding

Competenze

  • Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or Accounting or a comparable qualification supported by relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in operations-related controlling (production, supply chain or comparable roles) within an internationally operating company, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, process optimization, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP ERP, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage; Italian is a plus.

Mansioni

  • Drive the optimization of FMCG product cost structures and maintain accurate standard costing to support profitability and performance management
  • Create full transparency on product and manufacturing costs through variance analyses (price/quantity/mix) and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Monitor and analyze production efficiency and productivity KPIs, including OEE, machine and labour utilization, and other metrics, to support performance improvements and target achievement
  • Identify and continuously optimize key cost drivers based on fact-based manufacturing and product cost analyses in partnership with Category Management and Engineering & Production (E&P) functions
  • Enable data-driven pricing, portfolio and innovation decisions through reliable and audit-proof cost information.
  • Provide fact-based and forward-looking analyses to support strategic and operational decisions across product and supply chain topics
  • Proactive Partner with Category Management, Production and R&D, delivering financial insights, scenario analyses and actionable recommendations
  • Act as a trusted business partner, driving transparency and continuously improving decision quality
  • Foster Controlling Excellence through high-performance standards, process automation, technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives

As we continue to strengthen our controlling capabilities, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Controller (m/f/d) to further develop product costing and to act as a strong business partner to our operational functions and our category management. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, steering and continuously optimizing product and manufacturing costs along the end-to-end supply chain. Your scope includes product costing, manufacturing and logistics cost analyses, performance transparency and decision support for Category Management, Production and Supply Chain.

YOUR TASKS
  • Drive the optimization of FMCG product cost structures and maintain accurate standard costing to support profitability and performance management
  • Create full transparency on product and manufacturing costs through variance analyses (price/quantity/mix) and follow-up on corrective actions

YOUR PROFILE

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €38,000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
