allnex is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Specialist for Romano d'Ezzelino on a 0.75 FTE, 1-year contract. You will secure reliable, cost-efficient indirect goods and services, while collaborating with regional teams across EMEA to drive value in a global coatings business.

You will join a diverse, international team of 4,000+ employees, negotiating contracts, supporting regional procurement strategies, and delivering measurable savings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Procurement or Sourcing within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing indirect goods and services is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ensure a reliable, compliant, and cost-effective supply of indirect goods and services for our Romano d’Ezzelino production site.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and contribute to regional savings targets through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, SHE, Maintenance, and Site Leadership teams.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market and supplier analyses to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen sourcing decisions.
• Support the implementation of regional procurement strategies and best practices across assigned categories.
• Track procurement performance, savings initiatives, and supplier KPIs to deliver measurable business value.

At allnex, we're looking for an Indirect Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Romano d'Ezzelino. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of indirect goods and services that keep our operations running smoothly. This is temporary and part-time (0.75) role, 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

• 2-3 years of experience in Procurement or Sourcing within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing indirect goods and services is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Commercial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
