Ayvens sta cercando una risorsa per uno stage formativo nell’area Partnership, per supportare i network interni ed esterni e garantire il corretto flusso delle pratiche di noleggio. Verrà utilizzato Salesforce per la gestione dei casi operativi segnalati dai clienti, e si lavorerà a stretto contatto con i Sales interni e i Partner.

Il ruolo richiede laurea in discipline economiche/scientifiche/umanistiche, spirito di squadra e buone competenze comunicative.

• Laurea in materie economiche/scientifiche/umanistiche;
• Spirito di squadra;
• Ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro in team;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.

Responsabilidades

• Supportare il flusso delle pratiche di noleggio e la definizione di ordini, modifiche, proroghe e rinnovi.
• Gestire il CRM Sales Force per la gestione dei case operativi derivanti da segnalazione diretta dei clienti.
• Partecipare al corretto svolgimento del flusso dei nuovi ordini, supportando i Sales interni e i Partner dalla creazione dell’anagrafica cliente alla definizione dell'Ordine.
• Supportare nella gestione tempestiva delle richieste di supporto dei Sales interni e dei Partner fornendo tutte le necessarie informazioni riguardanti lo status delle pratiche, i flussi, le procedure aziendali.

Scopo della posizione:

Supportare le reti di vendita interne ed esterne dell'area Partnership (Captive/Dealer/Partnership no OEM e Digital) nell’assicurare il corretto svolgimento del flusso delle pratiche di noleggio riferite ai nuovi ordini, modifiche, proroghe e rinnovi.

Principali attività:

• Supportare il risultato di produzione del Mercato Partnership assicurando interventi risolutivi in caso di segnalazioni di criticità che possano compromettere la definizione di ordini, modifiche, proroghe e rinnovi, attraverso il coinvolgimento diretto delle aree aziendali competenti;
• Utilizzare il CRM Sales Force per la gestione dei case operativi derivanti da segnalazione diretta dei clienti;
• Partecipare al corretto svolgimento del flusso dei nuovi ordini, supportando i Sales interni e i Partner dalla creazione dell’anagrafica cliente fino alla definizione dell'Ordine;
• Supportare nella gestione tempestiva delle richieste di supporto dei Sales interni e dei Partner fornendo tutte le necessarie informazioni riguardanti lo status delle pratiche, i flussi, le procedure aziendali.

Competenze/conoscenze soft e tecnico-specialistiche:

• Laurea in materie economiche/scientifiche/umanistiche;
• Spirito di squadra;
• Ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro in team;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.
