Ayvens recluta una risorsa stage per supportare la contabilizzazione degli incassi e la gestione dei rimborsi verso i clienti.

La posizione richiede laurea o diploma in ambito economico, buone capacità relazionali e competenze informatiche, con buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Ti offriamo un contesto multinazionale e formativo.

• Laurea o diploma in materie economiche/scientifiche.
• Ottime abilità relazionali e teamwork.
• Buona conoscenza dell’inglese.
• Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.

Mansioni

• Contribuire alla corretta allocazione degli incassi sugli Estratti Conto dei Clienti e pareggi.
• Contribuire alla corretta riconciliazione degli Estratti Conto Clienti e predisporre le compensazioni.
• Analizzare i clienti per eventuali risoluzioni contrattuali in base ai canoni scaduti.
• Gestire i reclami relativi alla contabilizzazione degli incassi nel gestionale Salesforce.
• Segnalare anomalie e proporre azioni di mitigazione nel rispetto delle politiche Ayvens.

Scopo della posizione:

La risorsa dovrà contribuire nell'assicurare la corretta gestione della contabilizzazione degli incassi e degli estratti conto clienti e supportare il team nella corretta predisposizione dei rimborsi verso i clienti a credito su base settimanale e/o mensile.

Principali attività:

• Contribuire alla corretta allocazione degli incassi sugli Estratti Conto dei Clienti e procedere con i relativi pareggi, anche attraverso la governance di apposti tool
• Contribuire alla corretta riconciliazione degli Estratti Conto Clienti Fornire supporto in relazione alla corretta predisposizione delle compensazioni dei Clienti/Fornitori su base settimanale e/o mensile
• Supportare la corretta predisposizione dell’analisi dei clienti da proporre per la risoluzione contrattuale in base al numero dei canoni scaduti su base mensile
• Contribuire alla gestione dei complaint relativi alla contabilizzazione degli incassi da parte dei clienti nel gestionale Salesforce
• Adottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio, proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens

Competenze/conoscenze soft e tecnico-specialistiche:

• Laurea o diploma in materie economiche/scientifiche
• Spirito di squadra
• Ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro in team
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici
