Aretè & Cocchi Technology is seeking a Technician to join the Translational Pharmacology Facility at IIT Genoa. The role centers on in vivo efficacy models and PK studies, supporting preclinical programs and collaborating across disciplines.

The successful candidate will perform animal handling and surgical procedures, establish disease models, and characterize PK properties while contributing to data interpretation and reporting within a highly interdisciplinary environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on in vivo experience with laboratory animals.
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetics and related lab techniques.
• Surgical skills on animal models.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinary environment.

Mansioni

• Develop, optimize, and conduct in vivo efficacy studies in rodent models.
• Perform animal handling, dosing, sample collection, and surgical procedures.
• Conduct pharmacokinetic studies and support bioanalytical sample collection.
• Characterize the pharmacological and PK properties of compounds and biomaterials.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and contribute to data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional research teams to support drug discovery and development programs.
• Ensure adherence to animal welfare regulations and laboratory best practices.
