Bosch Sensortec in Italy is seeking an experienced engineer to help define the next generation IMU system. You will work in our Design Center to shape MEMS sensor concepts and contribute to requirements for MEMS, ASIC, package, and software.

The role emphasizes robust simulations, verification approaches, cross-disciplinary coordination, and clear documentation for project reviews with internal stakeholders and customers.

Competenze

• 8/10 years of industry experience with deep understanding of gyroscope and acceleration sensor systems.
• Understanding system-level impact of design choices and related trade-offs. Experience in sensor system modelling and verification strategies.
• Languages: Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Mansioni

• Take responsibility: define the system of next generation IMUs and derive key requirements for MEMS, ASIC, package, testing, calibration and software.
• Enable robust implementation: plan, organize, evaluate and analyse simulations, experiments and measurements for sensor concepts.
• Connect development and verification: define verification and validation approaches for sensor systems.
• Conscientious coordination: align system requirements, design assumptions, verification evidence and implementation constraints.
• Drive structured evaluation: analyse trade-offs, identify gaps, and contribute proposals to meet target requirements.
• Document and communicate results: present results in project reviews with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support future sensor systems: interface with experts, research and external partners on new technologies.
