Job summary

UNICEF is seeking expert consultants to develop impact financing and related innovative finance solutions for the IF4C program, with home-based start and potential travel to Rome. Consultants will support investment cases, market intelligence, feasibility analyses, and governance structures across UNICEF HQ, regional, and country offices.

Assignments will be issued as individual work orders; candidates should have advanced degrees in economics/finance and at least five years of relevant

Qualifications

Advanced degree in economics, finance, development finance, law, international development, or closely related field.
Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in impact finance, development finance, or related areas.
Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset.

Responsibilities

Develop investment cases, feasibility studies, and market analyses for impact financing.
Provide investment-readiness support, governance guidance, and implementation planning.
Collaborate across UNICEF Headquarters, Regional Offices, and Country Offices with cross-functional teams.
