Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in product, technical support, training or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of photography and imaging tech.
• Experience delivering technical training and presentations.
• Event management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian; willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Mansioni

• Develop deep product and technical knowledge to support stakeholders.
• Deliver product training and prepare training materials.
• Manage product seeding, shipments, returns, reviewer relations.
• Conduct competitive analyses of products, pricing and market activities.
• Coordinate CPS activities at major sporting events and provide tech support.
• Collect feedback from professional users for product improvements.
• Support trade shows, events and product demos.
• Plan and develop technical content with Product Business Developers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on benchmarking and positioning initiatives.
• Provide technical support for press materials and video productions.
