Canon EMEA is seeking a Customer and Channel Marketing Specialist to engage and support the National Sales Organization on marketing activities, planning and execution. The role spends significant time in the market field meeting partners, customers and end users, primarily in Milan.

The successful candidate will bridge sales and marketing, manage channel budgets and implement promotional campaigns defined by Product Marketing, including on/offline assets and POP materials.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Field Specialist, Brand Expert, Brand Ambassador, or Territory Sales role.
• Proven experience in training delivery and business management.
• Ability to monitor sell-in and sell-out performance across retail outlets.
• Experience collecting market insights and competitor intelligence.
• Experience executing trade marketing activities including visual merchandising and POP materials.
• Experience supporting events and promotional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Regular presence at Milan office; preferably reside near Milan.

• Engage partners and customers in each channel through proper engagement.
• Bridge between sales and marketing ensuring account plans and business results.
• Reinforce relationships with strategic partners and transfer company strategy.
• Plan and execute marketing activities for the specific channel with a checklist.
• Define and monitor marketing budget for account plans and trade marketing.
