MAX STREICHER S.p.A. is seeking an IKTVA & Saudization Coordinator to drive Saudization, training coordination, and local content compliance under Saudi Aramco contracts. You will manage CSMART data, IKTVA reporting, and related documentation across HR, finance, and operations.

Based in Saudi Arabia with travel to training centers and project sites, the role requires a Saudi national with strong analytics, planning, and regulatory knowledge to ensure audit-ready records and timely reporting.

Competenze

• Saudi national
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Saudization, training coordination, HR operations, government relations, or contractual compliance
• Knowledge of IKTVA, CSMART, Nitaqat, or MHRSD regulations is advantageous
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong accuracy, planning, follow-up, and deadline management for compliance reporting
• Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools
• Integrity and discretion handling personnel data and sensitive documents

Mansioni

• Coordinate enrollment, sponsorship, mentoring, and follow-up of Saudi trainees in approved programs
• Support Saudization and Training Plan preparation, submission, and updates
• Manage CSMART reporting: profiles, rosters, timesheets, summaries, and training reports
• Collect and verify documentation for Saudization compliance (GOSI, ID, salary/benefits, insurance)
• Track Saudization levels against requirements and flag gaps or risks
• Support IKTVA reporting by gathering HR, workforce, salary, training, and local content data
• Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, site administration, training centers for data flow and compliance
• Maintain audit-ready Saudization, training, and IKTVA records for Aramco reviews
