TE Connectivity Ltd. in Morocco seeks a Supply Chain Support IV to optimize material flow and production scheduling within our onsite manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with production, procurement, quality and engineering teams, manage master schedules, monitor inventory levels, and drive improvements across the supply chain while upholding safety and quality standards. Experience in SAP and ERP systems is preferred, and automotive sector exposure is an advantage.

Competenze

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of Production planning or Materials management in a plant/manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results.
  • Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Experience in the Automotive Sector within a global organisation is an advantage.

Mansioni

  • Proficiently and accurately prepares, analyzes and issues detailed materials schedules: Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
  • Follows up with Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering to manage and expedite production to meet customer expectations.
  • Reviews and optimizes master data and parameter settings along supply chain (SAP) .
  • Schedules the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels.
  • Plans, develops, implements and evaluates processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit.
  • Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries.
  • Takes follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
  • Develops and maintains good relationships with suppliers and ensures demand for materials is met and deliveries made on time.
  • Monitors inventory levels against agreed target levels.
  • Minimizes obsolete stock and ensures business is left with minimum liability.
  • Monitors supply chain performance and drives improvements.
  • Adheres to the safety and quality standards of the organization while working within a team environment.
  • Overtime may be required, based on business need; regular attendance required.

Job Overview

Supports and optimizes the supply chain and coordinates all aspects of the supply chain processes.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities

What your background should look like

Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of Production planning or Materials management in a plant/manufacturing environment

Proven track record of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results
