Job summary

COIMA SGR in Milan seeks an ICT Security & Network Specialist to design, secure, and evolve office, cloud, and building networks. You will lead incident response with ISO, SOC, and partners and ensure compliance with DORA, NIS2 and GDPR.

You will be the group’s go-to network expert, collaborating with the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager, and coordinating with real estate and tech projects across the organization. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in networking and cybersecurity, preferably in regulated sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or technical diploma.
• Solid routing, switching, SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, NAC experience.
• Security and cloud skills including NGFW, EDR, SIEM, IAM.
• Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, GDPR; relevant certifications welcomed.
• Fluent English and clear documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve office, cloud, and building networks.
• Be IT/network reference for real estate and tech projects.
• Secure remote access for contractors and segregate OT/BMS.
• Lead incident response with ISO, SOC, and partners.
• Support security controls and DORA/NIS2 compliance.
• Manage providers and oversee IT Disaster Recovery.
