Golden Goose seeks an ICT Corporate Application Expert for a maternity cover in Marghera (VE) to drive global SAP roll-out projects focusing on FI/CO and MM. The role bridges business needs with technical execution by managing demand, customizing systems, and coordinating external vendor teams across our corporate applications.

You will ensure seamless integration, provide global functional support, and work with international stakeholders.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / SAP Specialist in multinational IT settings.
• Strong SAP Finance (FI/CO) and Materials Management (MM) knowledge.
• Solid understanding of accounting, management control and treasury processes.
• Experience managing IT projects in international contexts with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Piteco treasury or consolidation/reporting tools is a plus.

We are looking for a passionate ICT Corporate Application Expert for a Maternity Leave Cover to join the ICT Department, located in Marghera (VE). In this role, you will play a key part in driving our global digital evolution, driving international SAP roll-out projects with a focus on the Finance area (FI/CO and MM). You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by managing demand, customizing systems, coordinating external vendor teams, and ensuring seamless integration across our global corporate applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Active participation in international roll-out projects for SAP implementation across various Group companies.
• Demand Management: Collection, analysis, and evaluation of business requirements, with a specific focus on the Finance area (Accounting, Management Control, and Treasury).
• System Configuration: Application Maintenance activities and technical/functional customizing of SAP modules (FI, CO, and MM).
• Vendor Management: Continuous coordination and collaboration with external vendor/consultant teams during all project phases (design, testing, go-live).
• Integrations: Management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of integration flows between SAP and external departmental systems.
• Support: Providing functional support to users on a global scale.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst / SAP Specialist within the IT departments of multinational companies or structured consulting firms.
• SAP Skills: Solid functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI, CO) and SAP Material Management (MM) modules, including main customizing logic.
• Business Processes: Excellent understanding of the design and mapping of business processes related to accounting, management control, and treasury.
• Global Mindset: Proven experience managing complex IT projects in international contexts with multiple stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Structured approach, operational autonomy, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Considered a plus: knowledge of or previous experience with the Piteco treasury application, as well as knowledge of or experience with Consolidation and Reporting tools.

For this role, the estimated gross annual salary range is €40,000 [Min] - €50,000 [Max], under the CCNL Abbigliamento, Confezioni – Industria/SMI, Level 6. We value your unique journey; your final compensation will be evaluated based on your skills, experience, and potential to grow with us.
