A Verona, Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. è alla ricerca di un SAP Technical Support Specialist da inserire nel SAP Competence Center globale, responsabile della gestione degli incidenti, del monitoraggio dell'IT SAP e del supporto alle rollout SAP internazionali.

Requisiti: almeno due anni di esperienza, inglese fluente, esperienza in ambiente manifatturiero e disponibilità a viaggiare. Offerta a tempo indeterminato, modello di lavoro ibrido nel settore industriale.

• Due anni o più di esperienza comprovata in ruolo analogo.
• L'inglese è obbligatorio.
• Esperienza in ambiente di produzione, preferibilmente con supporto internazionale.
• Gestione autonoma di responsabilità su molte iniziative contemporanee.
• Forti capacità di problem solving.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare occasionalmente per visitare impianti.

Mansioni

• Garantire la risoluzione tempestiva degli incidenti secondo SLA concordati.
• Collaborare con team cross-funzionali IT e non IT quando necessario.
• Monitorare proattivamente l'intera landscape SAP IT.
• Eseguire o coordinare l'installazione e la manutenzione di SAP Cloud Platform.
• Monitorare interfacce verso e dal nostro SAP platform.
• Contribuire al continuo sviluppo di metodi e strumenti.
• Comprendere e documentare eventuali differenze nei sistemi legacy.
• Supportare incidenti di performance o funzionali segnalati dagli utenti o dagli strumenti di monitoraggio.
• Identificare scenari per l'upgrade tecnologico e implementarli con approvazione.
• Fornire input per concordare una roadmap di sostituzione di software legacy.

Offerta

The candidate who will fill the role of SAP Technical Support Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure timely resolution of issues against agreed SLO's (Service Level Objectives)
• Partner with cross-functional teams (inside and outside IT) when needed
• Proactively monitor all our SAP IT application landscape
• Perform or coordinate SAP Cloud platform installation and maintenance
• Monitor interfaces to and from our SAP platform
• Provide input to continuous development of methods and tools
• Take required steps to understand, and document if missing, the way legacy IT systems and applications have been set up.
• Assist with any performance or functional incidents reported by end users and/or monitoring tools.
• Identify possibilities to proactively monitor legacy applications for performance and/or functional issues.
• Identify possible scenarios for upgrading the technology and implement them when approved.
• Provide input to agree on a roadmap to replace legacy software and systems as soon as possible.

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful SAP Technical Support Specialist should have:

• Two or more years of proven experience in a similar role.
• English is a must.
• Proven experience of working in a manufacturing environment. Experience acquired through involvement into international support activities.
• Self‑directed and organized; able to manage responsibilities for multiple, simultaneous initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Open to occasional travel to visit and support production facilities located around the world.

Preferred Skills

• Possess technical knowledge of the SAP S4HANA Private cloud platform
• Passion for innovation & a sophisticated understanding of technological systems and programming
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Dedication, integrity, reliability, team orientation and a proactive attitude.

• Annual salary between EUR35,000-45,000.
